WOHNEN AM HOCHDAMM

The building group project consists of 65 apartments, maisonettes and garden apartments with a high proportion of communal areas. The ensemble consists of three building sections, which were constructed using a timber hybrid construction method.
The special feature of the project is its direct location on the former railroad embankment, which today connects the city park around the old Görlitz railroad station (Kreuzberg) with the Plänterwald forest and the eastern Spree area as a public green corridor.
