Renovation of a listed residential building

The stucco facade of the multi-story residential building from 1865 was preserved and extensively reconstructed. In the staircase and in the passageway one encounters contemporary witnesses, such as historical stencil paintings or a collection of art posters from the DDR era. By following the historical color scheme of all building elements, a differentiated and lively color tone is created.
