2nd prize in the competition for a sustainable, innovative multi-family dwelling in timber construction

 

The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) intends to construct a new multi-family dwelling with 10–15 flats on a property in Berlin-Niederschönhausen. An ecologically, socially and economically sophisticated concept using timber construction has been developed for the project on Kuckhoffstraße, which is intended to generate experience for further projects in similar contexts.
