Building licence for the Greenville Building Cooperative!

We are thrilled to have received the building license for our Greenville cooperative building project!

As the first project in Hamburg’s new Wilhelmsburger Rathausviertel neighborhood, our Greenville cooperative building project was approved in May 2026 after just four months of processing!

The Wilhelmsburger Rathausviertel is a pilot district for the “Hamburg Standards,” which aim to reduce construction costs. The component “Acceleration of Approval Procedures” included in these standards worked very well here!

We would like to thank the City of Hamburg’s permitting authorities, as well as everyone involved in the project, for their excellent cooperation!

We now hope to begin construction of 59 apartments and communal spaces using timber construction methods next year!
